Can I use it on multiple computers?
Yes, each license supports up to 2 devices. You can manage your devices from your account page.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, translation features will stop working.
Do I need a powerful GPU?
An NVIDIA GPU with CUDA and at least 6 GB VRAM is strongly recommended. CPU mode works but is noticeably slower with higher latency. AMD and Intel GPUs are not supported for acceleration. Best suited for Just Chatting or talk-based streams where the GPU isn't under heavy load. If streaming alongside other apps, 8 GB+ VRAM and 32 GB RAM is recommended.
Is my audio sent to the cloud?
Speech recognition runs entirely on your machine — your audio is never uploaded. Only the transcribed text (words, not audio) is sent to our server for translation and is not stored.
